Dislikes

Since I had never been to the Auction field during my service there, I think the joiners must be taken to the sites compulsorily because that is the basic working of Shriram Automall and every employee should get to know and see.

CEO Open door policy, any employee can approach him with ideas and solutions, first priority customer satisfaction, all employees are provided a free hand to address the issues and provide solutions, all teams operation, CSR, Finance, Legal, HR, Accounts, etc., all act as sales officers. All are cooperative and collectively work for best service and best results.

I've had a disappointing experience with the accounts department, specifically with Kalyan, who has been harassing employees to work beyond office hours. he can say any time to junior that do not come office from tomorrow onwards, he don't know any ethics and have own rulling philosophy, worst man in the organisation.
