The organisation is free to learn all technology. I am a part of this team that Exports product sale 100•/. In international markets.so am happy about to learn new things in my company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but work pressure is incresing day by day when internationala export market is giving extra pressure for dispached dates and this challenging work i love to do it.

As a production engineer i have look out all job drawing related problems ,material requirments,shift planning,shift schedule , tools ,oil,operators and casuals for daily routins.i am learning new experiance in my company.
