Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It gives you opportunities to grow. The environment is professional yet human. The primary section teachers and staff are helpful and extremely efficient.

Dislikes

The compensation is good, but the work pressure is very high and keeps getting higher. Almost everyday i have to take my work home ,which leaves very little time for family.
