I have started my career with this school. It was really a good experience in this school . School environment is really good ; teaching, non-teaching staff all are very cooperative .

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

As environment of school is good but i don't like the working pattern .

Job security - Poor

Work Details

As I was fresher even though I never found any difficulty in any work. I have handled many departments like exam dept. Coordinator, assembly in charge etc.. wherever whenever i found any difficulties my colleagues use to help me out.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
