Very strict security and rules even big industry does not have this type of condition that they r keeping not like at all.....as of struggle is there but pay for that is less

As I join there as a Engineer but I was working as a labour that was my feeling done lots of work but never got appreciated they don't pay for work payment is also very low over time pay also they don't provide.
