Everything is horrible. Extreme psychopathic environment. Politics by admin staff. Unnecessary burden over teachers. No proper training for freshers. Daily changing way of working. No achievement of students. Treating teachers as bonded labours. Trying to extort money out of teachers payslip. Ineffective management, money making policies.

Dislikes

It includes retaining/not returning of your original marksheet (10th &12th), your one month salary (security deposit) , an unsaid notice period/pay of 3 months , no employment security (by employer) , no unpaid leaves.

As a residential teacher I got very good facilities in the campus. Working enviornment is very good, co teaachers are very good, Principal and management are supportive. Very good opportunity to learn and grow.

The school has good building. I only love that co mentors are very helpful and has good understanding between them.

Their are so many things which one could dislike about the school, everything is sugarcoated by the management but when u enter the institution then u will come to know the real facts.

do not join this school because of over strictness and cheating, after joining they will take signature over the appointment and terms and conditions is in favor of school only, they deposit 1 month salary and original mark sheet but its very difficult to take it back, after school they never allow to enter in campus and so many negative experiences.

they make their won laws never follows government norms, faculty are torchered by unwanted written rules and regulations.

SRCS offers a very rich working experience in terms of work culture, team spirit and quality of academic content. I learnt a lot during my 3 year stay with the organisation. Leadership is very supportive, this is a great place for good workers, indisciplined workers will find it difficult.
