Satisfactory. As English HOD deal with the team of 10-12 members. Help to hone their teachin skills. Sort out their class room problems. As CCA incharge create an atmosphere of healthy competition.

Nothing to like it. No job security. They can terminate if they found another candidate at low salary.

Dislikes

They deduct your salary if you are one minute late to reach in school. There is no respect those who speaks Hindi even by mistake. Never join this school if you want to settle yourself.
