Work life balance is so poor, too much politics,difficult to work due to poor management , no proper salary appraisal and promotions ,there is no salary slab according to designation, notice period is 3 months and there terms and conditions are not upto the mark so I suggest think wisely before choosing this organisation.

Had been a great place to learn new skills,familiarization with up to dated technologies and for learning devolping pace/co-ordination amongst team members of both the same and other areas.Speaking of work environment, it is quite cohesive but challenging at the same time out of not so dynamic work hours and of course, politics too.I think it provides a good stage especially for freshers,to learn and grow both professionally and socially as you come across various teammates and heads giving you either a good or bad experience,but for sure, you learn a lot. Teammates are cooperative, but not everyone. I think it highly depends on your interpersonal relationship with them.Speaking of job security, your job is safe unless you repeatedly keep on doing professional or punctuality negligence as you are bound to their duty rules and regulations;I find nothing wrong about that.Facilities like free hostel accommodation,free bus service 4m bus stand,D.A,EPF and Pension deduction is there....Read More

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high most of times. Supervisors do not value an individuals’ unique strengths and judge them from their subjective view, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as pitching for my organization as an efficient Healthcare provider gets tiring and the task is very demanding. But it is a great learning experience.
