Less salary compared to market, builder can suspend you wight on spot so job security is questionable, increment percentage is less, no work satisfaction, no appreciation, builder sometime can abuse you on mistakes, no trust in employees. No time limit, even they will tell you to work on sundays so there is no work - life balance. No HR policies.
