Good for starting a career, especially for GET-level individuals. Provides exposure to various departments, helping you become an all-rounder. The focus is primarily on learning, and you may be assigned any type of work.

Dislikes

The work culture is not professional, as most employees are from rural areas, and their language and behavior reflect that. There is an internal cartel system and office politics. HR policies are not strong, salary increments are not timely, and there is no proper hierarchy. Priorities change frequently, and the behavior of the HOD is not good.

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
