I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and thr management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
