Management is good. boss understands the employee and easy approachable. i had very good team mates of various cultural backgrounds, we worked happily in collaboration

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
