I have been working in this company for over 5 years and there is a lot of work security in this company and there are people who have worked for 40 years and retired. There is a lot of learning from my senior colleagues in the department and the work culture is good.

Everything worst, only work life balance is good.

Total Political environment, old and less educated people rule to new and high educated person. No job safety and toxic work culture. No manpower to perform your job. Owners also abuse to staff. You can not do good things in this company, every will pull your leg for this. No basic infrastructure and machines in plant. All machines are more than 10 years old.

In Some part many confusions like division,scheme etc and company management is not than strong enough because sometimes we are not getting that much facilities as a employee..and it is also hampered Sales and company growth.....

This is proper lala company where you can see only aged people. They don't accept new people or new talent and they have just created negative atmosphere which cannot be generally liked by any new employee no matter what department they have joined.
