Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra perks, salary will be deducted if you don't work. HR is disgusting, unresponsive, clueless, poor communication, lack of transperancy (Tejaswini Chilukuri). Unwarranted salary deductions, Appraisals lower than expected, Delayed salary payments, limited opportunities for skill development, poor corporate ethics of employee and management.
