Shopse choosen was the big blunder of my life.. Shopse has started in 2020 and still management does not know that what actually need to do, They have hire and Fire Policy.

Inadequate leave policy without provision for leave encashment. Business experiencing a decline without a strategic plan in place. Several senior-level employees have departed in the past four months. Deductions from fixed salaries occur without explanation or consultation with employees, with HR backing this practice without justification. Adoption of a hire-and-fire approach to employment. It appears they're facing challenges securing funding from investors, and the current funds may not last much longer. Product is not scalable.
