It was very good to do my work there because I got an opportunity to attend from middle class customer to high class customer, along with this, inside job training and skill training, I was told how to engage both these customers.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
