There is nothing you can like about shopmonk. You work there just because you don't have a job.

The list is long. 1. Job security - nil. People have been fired the next day they are hired. They hire first and then they decide whether they need you or not. 2. Micro management 3. They don't give a damn about work life balance. 4. The secret to be in this company is you have to tell management that you are working without eating, sleeping or enjoying your life. They will become so emotional that they can write their entire property on your name. 5. CEO and management are very much suspicious about employees. 6. Discrimination 7.
