There is nothing good about the organization,only dictatorship exists the HR has no power and management abuses the employees and shout at them, the management is not clear about the reports and goals to be achieved. There is only one good thing that is they have good funds but don't know how long it will last.

Dislikes

I spoled my career working here.there is no timing they call you up on weekends and office entry timing is fixed at 9:30 but exist is not fixed usually 9:00 p.m., so 12 hrs work almost .

There is nothing you can like about shopmonk. You work there just because you don't have a job.

Dislikes

The list is long. 1. Job security - nil. People have been fired the next day they are hired. They hire first and then they decide whether they need you or not. 2. Micro management 3. They don't give a damn about work life balance. 4. The secret to be in this company is you have to tell management that you are working without eating, sleeping or enjoying your life. They will become so emotional that they can write their entire property on your name. 5. CEO and management are very much suspicious about employees. 6. Discrimination 7. Employees are fired because CEO had personal vendetta against them And so on. The never ending list
