Shopclues provides an excellent platform to learn skills, we are always free handed to do trial and tests and always appreciated for making favourable strategies. Work-life culture is very friendly. Eventually a great platform to learn and practice, and even great for those who work hard to achieve goals.

Dislikes

Sometimes work-life looks stressful but thats totally ok, only on certain events specially festive sales.

The interview to hiring process is good, but sadly that's the only thing which is good.

The day I entered here, I was asked to sit in a meeting room till I get the laptop, the meeting room was dirty, the chairs were broken, tilted, and the table wasn't stable, moving continuously. The manager whose initials are "I.S." was associate director, and was working from home, during the day, she would be busy with no idea whatwork, and used to take updates in the night. Later, got to know she was in her home town and was running gyms and yoga classes there and was just taking salary from Shopclues. Due to this, the work life balance of her direct reportees went haywire. I visited office 3-4 times during my tenure, and the second time I went office, the experience was really pathetic. It was the ground floor, many fresher boys were there, the location of the washrooms is so pathetic that if you're going to the washroom, everyone will know. I went to the washroom, came out and as I was coming out, the group of boys passed on a comment on me, which was humiliating being a female, a manager, a senior, and someone who's not talking to them. That was the day, I got the kick to leave this place. I resigned, and served my notice period, and then waited for 50 days for my FnF, but it didn't came, after enquiring about it, the HR said, I'm sending you the calculations, I said, send me the amount, not calculations, he still sent me the calculations, after going through it, got to know they deducted 15 days salary as notice period recovery. Moral is, till the time, you work here, your calls are answered, the day you are an ex-employee, you are like a vendor, who's payments they want to hold.
