High Level of corruption in company ; Unprofessional & zero job security in that company .. some old employees holding their positions only for self growth, where as owner of company always support only old employees . Owner is only one man management of company no rules & no ethics in company . Very high level of politics ,

Dislikes

Don't expect job security , zero career growth , Not even single training program for any one for any system or work ; appraisal & bonus is just joke for owner , in three yrs not even single appraisal or bonus distribution .

No salary in COVID19 situation . Also 35% decrement in salary for next 4 months. Bad work experience n environment . Non supporting treatment also no career growth in organization. Company policies or SOP still not available . Also don't expect for salary hike if you aren't from owners loved . Bonus or extra working money just joke for management.

Dislikes

NO JOB SECURITY. Employees just for temporary. Career growth not only slow its just minor chances coz of old employees , they are so selfish so no one can stay there more than 1 yr. On the jib trainingis not given to new joinees .

Work Details

I got a chance to wear multiple work cos no job specification for employee. I work everything by my self on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
