Management always encourage talented people and always support for new changes. Every company has policies and before joining only they explain the all policies. So everyone has to follow the policies which is good for both.

Here if anyone is having problems then no one try to speak openly but they discuss it outside, I think that is not good for company and employee.

No proper management. Except 2-3 people no one has proper knowledge about the hospital management. No HR cooperation. Salary on 10th every month. No incentives. No training. Treating like labourers twitch employees. Sales head always saying I will terminate you.
