No proper management. Except 2-3 people no one has proper knowledge about the hospital management. No HR cooperation. Salary on 10th every month. No incentives. No training. Treating like labourers twitch employees. Sales head always saying I will terminate you.

No Proper Training Without any training they ll force you to do the things,if not they ll arrange some meetings and asks you resign with no salary They have So called CIR's like strict rules(if u come 1sec after 9 also they ll put a CIR on you like that they themselves created a bundle of rules to put cir on employees and loot theirsalary)but the magic is u have to come on time u can't go time at 7,7:30 u have to leave Less Salary No proper recognition...Read More
