There OJT plans are very highly appreciated as these were very helpful to understand practical knowledge about branch banking there training and development helps you to well versed with the overall branch operations with Compliance.

During the start of your career in this bank you will find difficulties to adjust yourself due to sales pressure which also depends in branch management. Talking about operation work you will gain very comprehensive knowledge about branch banking with proper guidance with your Branch monitoring team. Although the role is good, salary is on lower side as compared to Probationary officer of other banks. As this is a small finance Bank work load is more as compared to other big banks.
