They strictly ordered come to the branch in holidays, 2nd and 4th Saturday even Sunday also. Branch manager and cluster manager threatens to termination constantly and very important things is other banks do not accept of Shivalik bank employees, they said we will not hire Shivalik bank employees....Read More

Although the role is good, salary is on lower side as compared to Probationary officer of other banks. As this is a small finance Bank work load is more as compared to other big banks.
