Work culture is terrible, bank policies and environment are not good. They don’t know what is hierarchy and how to respect senior and junior. All day bank working. They strictly ordered come to the branch in holidays, 2nd and 4th Saturday even Sunday also. Nothing !!! They only source the candidates who had been away from their job either for career break or not in job because of any reason, and hire them on one third of their past remuneration.

Dislikes

Bad middle management, inexperienced staff, no job security, bad work enviorment, full of fraud activities. One man is running the show and the senior management is sitting blind eye on him. Does not have a proper HR to address to the employee issues.
