Nothing find good in Shivalik, incapable seniors, dirty politics like cooperative Societies, no growth chances, no one can gain knowledge, although zero footfalls in branches whole year but unrealistic targets allotted,no help from reporting managers, working environment is pathetic, partiality and favourism at its best, so requesting all to not join Shivalik bank, if u want to increase your salary then join for 5-6 month only then switch to another pvt bank....Read More

Baniya company. The whole Bank is been managed by Sumeet Garg HR Head, he is so much infulenical that whole management follows him blindly. Worthless company to work, very very poor state of affairs. would never recommend anyone.

Totally mismanaged Bank, too much belief of Management over grapewines and baseless stories, very poorly managed company. One man show and hittler style of working. Badly shaped managment who is been guided by Sumeet Garg, even personal mobiles of staff are been checked and seen. Very very poor state of affairs.
