Nothing find good in Shivalik, incapable seniors, dirty politics like cooperative Societies, no growth chances, no one can gain knowledge, although zero footfalls in branches whole year but unrealistic targets allotted,no help from reporting managers, working environment is pathetic, partiality and favourism at its best, so requesting all to not join Shivalik bank, if u want to increase your salary then join for 5-6 month only then switch to another pvt bank....Read More

Because the higher management always betray with the front liners, those people who has not the ability to lead 3-4 employee are sitting on very high post so anyone can easily imagine what is the growth prospects here,overall a dirty institution
