Work culture is terrible, bank policies and environment are not good. They don’t know what is hierarchy and how to respect senior and junior. All day bank working. They strictly ordered come to the branch in holidays, 2nd and 4th Saturday even Sunday also. Branch manager and cluster manager threatens to termination constantly and very important things is other banks do not accept of Shivalik bank employees, they said we will not hire Shivalik bank employees....Read More

Employees are helpful and they will help you in every scenario. As this is a small finance Bank , you have to wear multiple hats at a time and it comes with great learning and responsibilities.

Dislikes

Although the role is good, salary is on lower side as compared to Probationary officer of other banks. As this is a small finance Bank work load is more as compared to other big banks.
