Nothing , director of company is so rude that you never want to be work there. In terms of ethics and cultures I will rate them -100. They are harassing employee by legal actions.

No salary increment no overtime payment no mobile phone used , nothing is good here all are manipulating. Even the positive comments here are paid one.

The management and HR practices are quite unprofessional and lousy. I would advise against joining this company for the sake of your future.
