Dislikes

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing , director of company is so rude that you never want to be work there. In terms of ethics and cultures I will rate them -100. They are harassing employee by legal actions.

Dislikes

No salary increment no overtime payment no mobile phone used , nothing is good here all are manipulating. Even the positive comments here are paid one.
