Shital Fibers overall is good developing company and the work culture is favourable in comparision to otherblanket/ carpet manufacturing textile units in BADAOI / VARANASI / LUDHIANA and PANIPAT. It is far more better company to work in. There are certain employess who are working from more then 20-25 years. If talk about technologyupgradation in terms of production then it is one of the best as it is equipped with world latest and best state of art tecnology and machinery and fully vertical intergrated unit in north India and continously enhancing the changes.
