Verbal abuse, Subtle threats and sarcastic comments to induce action. Insider vs Outsider Dynamics - (Groups and Cliques) and internal conflicts. Tenured SMs, ADs & some division heads enforce outdated working style & toxic patterns. Optics (AI push, fake numbers) driven culture to lure investors even when base is shaky. Technology Vertical is underfunded, company struggling with operating costs (multiple rounds at same valuation), push to obtain industry recognition / awards.
