Supporting colleagues, flexibility on leave allotment (except on peak times). Good for Batchelor life at projects. If it's in HO it's good for work life balance, In projects it's difficult to get the balance.

Discrimination in employment, like non- contractual, contractual, expats, international, etc. Each category will get different perks but job profiles might be same. Your employment is at threat when projects are less. There is no value for sincerity. Always expect extended working hours.

I am worked in Gujarat at HONDA project in ETP/PA that was raining season at the time we are facing lot trouble because we are started the raft reinforcement work the raft top level was GFL -4.5m , during rain time we are dewatered countiesly ,
