Shimizu is a Japanese company ..SR.management i.e. japanese have high respect for the employees..but all employees are looked with suspicion..for what ever bad experience they had with our indian employees.

Dislikes

Every employee is looked at with suspicion..how ever honest a person is .he will be questioned for his integrity..not a place for straight forward employees difficult to survive if the Indian sr.management staffs are not taken care off....no job security
