Only online training for SOP is good

Salary not paid in time..work pressure is very high ,providing late appraisal , harrassment of employees, managers not support for your work..they never appreciate for your work ... canteen food is very bad.. transportation by company is not good...one person is taking every decision i.e. plant head. Torturing employees for work...not taking any initiative for employees welfare.

Hods are not supportive, so much harassment by plant head, managers, work training is not provided to any employee, No job security, career growth is none, late salary, so much politics, work environment is very bad, work life balance is not possible, other facilities are not available,

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
