I m from Shiksha Study Abroad. So there you will get time Fexibility. That's the only benefit i felt during my tenure.

Dislikes

There is a Discrimination between teams one team are getting all the benefits and holidays but other team is not getting anything. High work Pressure. If you have not achieved your target then you have to work after your working hours. This will impact your work life balance. Micro Management is there if you have any issue with the management you will not get support.

Terrible. You can't enjoy your personal life when you are in office premises if you want to chat with your colleague your manager will consistently look at you. Sometime he will interfare.

Discrimination between teams. In some team you will get every benefit in some team you will not get any benefits. Managers doesn't understand employees problem why employees is not achieving their targets they just want their numbers any how.

Office politics, to much Micromanagement even manager use to abuse if you go to washroom, Bias by manger. They don"t even care if employee in in ICU, they will have full right to abuse even if you don't have any fault. My Manager always demands buy something to eats for him. He also demands to do his personal work to do in office. My mentor girlfriend used to abuse me daily, How a mentor girlfriend have full right to abuse someone in team, My Mentor always used in message me in late night around 11 pm. I got admitted in ICU due to over workload and toxic environment in team, but they entered me in PIP after i discharged from hospital. Working hour is till 6 pm but my mentor force me to do work of his girlfriend till 8 pm. So that both can leave office early...Read More

everything, there is no transparency of process.. the WFH is just for name sake, they keep you on contract so that you can be thrown out anytime even if its not your fault an no proper training is provided, you have to ask for everything and then they claim you are not aware about anything.
