Office politics, to much Micromanagement even manager use to abuse if you go to washroom, Bias by manger. They don"t even care if employee in in ICU, they will have full right to abuse even if you don't have any fault. My Manager always demands buy something to eats for him. He also demands to do his personal work to do in office. My mentor girlfriend used to abuse me daily, How a mentor girlfriend have full right to abuse someone in team, My Mentor always used in message me in late night around 11 pm. I got admitted in ICU due to over workload and toxic environment in team, but they entered me in PIP after i discharged from hospital. Working hour is till 6 pm but my mentor force me to do work of his girlfriend till 8 pm. So that both can leave office early...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work-life balance, nobody will call you post-working hours. Sat/Sun is off and one can maintain a balance between personal and professional lives. Salary depends on the role, incentives are provided.

everything, there is no transparency of process.. the WFH is just for name sake, they keep you on contract so that you can be thrown out anytime even if its not your fault an no proper training is provided, you have to ask for everything and then they claim you are not aware about anything.
