Lots of learning. Job Security. Hikes are good but when your base salary is low, hikes fail yo match inflation rates.

nothing... this company is not good for WFH employees

everything, there is no transparency of process.. the WFH is just for name sake, they keep you on contract so that you can be thrown out anytime even if its not your fault an no proper training is provided, you have to ask for everything and then they claim you are not aware about anything.

My manager specifically has been quite supportive, never creates artificial pressure and listens to problem to solve and not to just hear

I have been working with Shiksha.com. it's owns a awesome work environment and people around me very helping hand . Learning and training is provided very intensively . Targets are realistic and easily achievable with given resources by the management.
