Work-life balance, nobody will call you post-working hours. Sat/Sun is off and one can maintain a balance between personal and professional lives. Salary depends on the role, incentives are provided.

Dislikes

Office politics, definitely. There are some people who make the environment toxic but keeping that aside, Shiksha.com has no other problems. Learning will be slow.

Hiring & Firing company, no stability, not healthy environment, full of politics specially in a Pre Counselling team. They give fast promotions & demotions too😂without giving you prior notice they will fire you if you are not performing just 2 months they put you on PIP and then the managers will pretend that you are precious assetof their team but deep down they will only speak against to you just for the sake of building good image in their manager’s knowledge...Read More

You are on your own...no one will support you..not mentor, nor manager...or sr. Manager.. You will be given raw data...do...cold calling.and if you are unable to convert those raw leads...they will give you used leads..you will call 1 yr old data in hope to get some lead..only the old ones....will get the best leads...but you will have same target with worse leads... They will listen to ur calls and will rate you as per quality manager repo with you..they will record ur every step...but they will never accept bad lead quality...so all in vain......Read More
