The scope is high. If you invent new thing which was never done before your treatment will be good. Customer centric. Gives the best they can.

Work culture (No help.. Except criticism) Disappointing reviews and comments on your performance (No encouragement). Pay scale is very low (They don't hire experienced candidates)

We can learn many new things and features from Client. There is a lot of scope for learning using existing websites for freshers. Good for freshers, they can learn a lot from those resources. But they can't help you in growing your business.

Dislikes

Management should hire experienced developers to grow in their own way. When people started thinking the company will be somewhere in the top list, with projects they have. But, hiring a fresher was helping them in developing their own career. They don't promise you till their end of the life. I used to work from 9 to 6 for the major project. I have learned all my technical skills from the project. With my knowledge, I have done some new features, improved page load speed, used reusable code components.
