This is the place only for good performs. There are different kinds of projects, so the job demands the had working and knowledgeable people. And for those company treat them differently as per leave, salary and bonus.

Here work pressure is enormous, so if you not love your job, not love your position, this place is not for you.

This normal like others. 5 working days. Sometimes have to work in holiday/ Saturday/Sunday, but company paid for it.

Few employees are well behaved. Was given some responsibility by my previous manager. The person was wonderful to work with. But later the person who came misbehave from the very first day. Rude and finds fault with everything.
