I like hostels during winter as there is central heating system

There are many things I don't like but will name a few. 1: there is no good teaching program. 2 . Working atmosphere is not good as I am giving 36 hour duties together and there is no off after that. 3. Canteen. Hospital canteen is simply a disaster. First there is only fried rice, kabab and kanti to serve during the day time everyday. Secondly there is no food available after 10 pm. So most of time we don't get food during night as we are operating in emergency. 4. Surgical Instruments in emergency operation theatre are not of any use ,as they are purchased when institute was established after that there is hardly any new instrument added.
