Property is good, reputation is good, higher management is very professional and kind

We dont get our offs monthly, leaves are not permitted even if its low occupancy, dont hire people, dont leave staffs on time, they want people to work for 14 to 16 hrs everyday Unnecessarily shift extensions, department managers are not right, no right processes are set. Need to learn the staff management and the operations. People are rostered where its not needed and where the people are needed only 1 or 2 staff is working. In low occupancy aswell people are rostered for 12 hrs shift. Panzer shift are not getting pick up and drop facilities. In midnight 3am or 4am people or girls are going by their own to their houses. No proper shift timings. Should feel good for working with such reputed brand and such lovely property but it feels like working in factory, this all should be the reasons for people leaving this property and leaving this brand, and yes people honestly dont suggest or advice to work here....Read More

Extremely bais towards a particular group of people, highly communal, infra and work environment is pathetic, pathetic work culture , no work life balance , full turmoil no staffing, attrition rate is high, Marriott grants over time to associate level staff but management don't want to give over time , even in highly short staff, training, hygiene is a big joke here , everybody knows everything but it's a big drama that they play everyday to work and create stress baloon.
