Shemaroo entertainment, although one of the old production houses since the 1960's or so, the working environment here is pathetic. Hygienically the building gets 1 out of 10. The people carrying an unfriendly, gossiping, and never can see you achieving attitude. The management is super poor, especially the HR who doest not know what is supposed to do and when. The operations manager, the TLs were avg in terms of atiitude and guiding through the doubts you may have at work. Here you are limited to learn n work or come with an innovative idea in regards to editing a movie. If we come out with an idea or a concept then it is either credited as the idea of the higher management or it is not even accepted. The salary here of an editor is as the salaries of housekeeping dept of any other corporate. This is no hyperbole statement. They provide course, teach us about movie editing, take hell lotta fees per month but when it comes to job placement, they turn their backs....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
