It's a great company with high standards on work culture. One of the handful of companies which actually implement and monitor all round people policies not just on women issues, but there is hardly any need for it. I would not say I dislike but it is the ways of working of introduction of new employee to their own work. The person has to be very strong as they hit the road on day one in their job. There is very little information handed over to new employees on contract on company, work and jargons, and 80% of shell are contractors is what I heard. One has to figure out by themselves by searching reading materials and trying to connect with people where most people don't have time to give others. Where I feel a lot of time is lost for most new comers and sometimes might hit productivity for a few people. This can be improved....Read More

The people who are at Management level are the most terrible humans. Particularly CC Leads are the worst fellows. They may blame you for no reason, so that they can gain alternative benefits from their higher authority. I still wonder how these types of backward mentality guys are existing in this Earth. There Ethics and compliance are just for name sake. If your a contract employee they treat you like a slave. So called capability centre leads are goons here they target you to fullfill there personal vengeance. No growth, you have to be managers favourite to get your contracts renewed. They talk very high about the policy culture etc etc but ground reality in Bangalore office is bad.
