Freshers or intermediates can enrich their knowledge and work experience here. They nurture freshers or intermediates very well. It is one of the best places to work for Gujaratis in the jewellery sector. Those natives of Gujarat can get a bright future and good perks here.

Dislikes

This company has almost nothing for seasoned professionals. Existing Department Heads and Managers are not so welcoming to the professionals. You may face office politics if you don't know how to flatter your colleagues and seniors. If you are not a Gujarati, you may feel suffocated here. And anyway, if you are Muslim, you may taste the living hell in the office. Even your subordinates may call you 'PAKISTANI' at any time. Although there are some Gujaratis and others natives too who are very friendly and supportive naturally. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
