This company has almost nothing for seasoned professionals. Existing Department Heads and Managers are not so welcoming to the professionals. You may face office politics if you don't know how to flatter your colleagues and seniors. If you are not a Gujarati, you may feel suffocated here. And anyway, if you are Muslim, you may taste the living hell in the office. Even your subordinates may call you 'PAKISTANI' at any time.
