No job security, no Salary, no proper management, no sales policy. I recommend 100 and 10% dont join in this organization if join your career will be spoil. Worst company internal politics they offer RSM ZCGM GM AGM but its spoil your career the way you will suddenly loos your job they give 3days target if dont you will not in system day to day you will face tourcher.
