Entire company spoiling by one lady chitra, her job is to do character assassination of employees and force them to put paper. Entire system spoiled by her. Mapping issues, dealer mapping all problem creating by her. Employees are treated as disrespectful ly. Most of employees resigned bcoz of her. Management aware still keep silence. All employees will be happy if she left or terminated from there.Really very worst.interfere in all departments unnecessary even though she doesn't know nothing. No one there, to address the issues. HR for name sake there but she won't allow HR to perform their duties. Lot of things happening. Two persons spoiling entire company. Those two people playing very dirty politics and spoiling entire people career.they are not leaving anyone in the company to work. 200% Loyal company to his Loyal employees . During Covid pandamic also management had not deducted a single paisa of his employees. They worked as a family. Managed everything gladly.

No such working drawbacks for me. I shall complete 6 years here soon. Few small -ve points will always be there , in your family also. You will solve that if you love your family.
