Work environment is great and Teammates are suppprtive company policies are average can be better . We are getting hike only on company perfomance not on your Individual performance . Hr is worst here they never gives clear picture for your benifits .

My job is quit interesting but stuggled evertime for the hikes and process streamlined . I got chance to wear multiple head but not got any salry hike in three years
