No proper management..bunch of illetrate people sitting at higher positions knowing nothing what retail is and are their to earn money for sometime and then leave the company.if u have self respect then you shouldn't join this company or if you are only looking for money and have no problem how disrespectfully management behaves with you.you should go ahead and join the company.

As an employee, I had high hopes that we would be retained back. And this commitment was also given by HR that your salary is not there but your job is secured.. then we were laid off. We asked HR of any chances getting relocated. They said yes and never called us. That should not happen.
